Founder & CEO
Martin is the Founder & CEO of Cobra Kai Group - now AEROSPACE N3XT. He has 24+ years of experience leading and managing multi-functional teams to support complex world-wide Air Force operations. He has served as a key leader in the world's largest multi-national flight training program, ENJJPT.
Martin has more than 6,000 flight hours in Civilian & Military Aircraft, while his instructional experience exceeds 4,000 hours. He holds a MSc in Aeronautics, Management & Safety by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Director of Operations
Uwe has 28 years of experience with over 6,000 flight hours in Civilian & Military Aircraft and has served 22 years in the Air Force. After his retirement, he coordinated operations within the Cobra Kai Group. At AEROSPACE N3XT, he serves as the Chief Instructor for the FAR Part 141 Flight School, the Chief Pilot for the FAR Part 135 Charter Operations and the General Manager for the FAR Part 145 Repair Station.
Director of Maintenance
Garrett has 15 years of Experience in General Aviation. He holds an A&P/IA, and is a Private Pilot. Prior to joining AEROSPACE N3XT, he worked overseas as an Aircraft Mechanic under US Air Force contracts where he primarily worked on Learjet C-21's, and US Army Beechcraft Kingair C-12s. Garrett also holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Missouri State University.
