Founder & CEO

Martin is the Founder & CEO of Cobra Kai Group - now AEROSPACE N3XT. He has 24+ years of experience leading and managing multi-functional teams to support complex world-wide Air Force operations. He has served as a key leader in the world's largest multi-national flight training program, ENJJPT.

Martin has more than 6,000 flight hours in Civilian & Military Aircraft, while his instructional experience exceeds 4,000 hours. He holds a MSc in Aeronautics, Management & Safety by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.



Director of Operations

Uwe has 28 years of experience with over 6,000 flight hours in Civilian & Military Aircraft and has served 22 years in the Air Force. After his retirement, he coordinated operations within the Cobra Kai Group. At AEROSPACE N3XT, he serves as the Chief Instructor for the FAR Part 141 Flight School, the Chief Pilot for the FAR Part 135 Charter Operations and the General Manager for the FAR Part 145 Repair Station.



Director of Maintenance

Dan has 35 years of Experience in General Aviation. He holds an A&P/IA, and is a commercial pilot with over 4,000 flight hours. Prior to joining AEROSPACE N3XT, he worked overseas as an Aircraft Mechanic and Pilot contractor in South Europe, Middle East and Africa. Dan has flown Freight Contracts in the US, as well as Passengers for Corporate and Government entities. Dan has Managed Flight Departments, Maintenance Organizations, and FBO Facilities in a wide range of capacities.
